Chad Galle, CRNA, NSPM-C has been providing non-surgical pain management services for 7 years. He is certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with Subspecialty Certification in Non-Surgical Pain Management.

Three Rivers Pain Management will have clinic hours every other Friday. Their office will be located at 2483 Hwy 644, Suite 104 of the Medical Office Building adjacent to the hospital. Appointments are by referral only. Please call 606-638-7018 with any questions on referrals.
