Thomas Schrader, APRN, FNP-C, is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He received his Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from Morehead State University, Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing from Morehead State University, and Masters of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from Morehead State University.
Thomas has experience as an emergency department nurse and charge nurse before pursuing his Nurse Practitioner license. He is currently accepting new patients at Three Rivers Immediate Care in Louisa. Call to schedule an appointment at 606-638-7400 or walk-in appointments are available.
